Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 5 August 2020, by Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, The Insolvency Service, 1 Westfield Avenue, Stratford, London, E20 1HZ for an order to wind up Vital Healthlife Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (with Company Number SC552674) and having its registered office at Unit 814 Friarton Road, Office 5, Perth, Scotland, PH2 8BB and to appoint Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, both of Grant Thornton UK LLP to be joint interim liquidators, the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 5 August 2020 allows any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, in the hands of the Clerk of the Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, if so advised, within eight days of this advertisement.
