Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of members of the above named company will be held on 7 April 2020 at 10:00am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up of the company during the final period of the liquidation. A resolution to approve the Joint Liquidators release from office will also be considered.
