"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kerry Pearson (IP No. 016014) of Azets, Bede House, 3 Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW and Margaret Carter (IP No. 020730) of Azets, 6th Floor, Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham, B2 5AL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
