NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, 50 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7FW on 11 April 2019 at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors may be inspected free of charge at c/o Cleaver Fulton Rankin, 50 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7FW, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the day of the meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at Duff and Phelps Ltd., The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester M2 1EW no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting. Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the creditors meeting.
