A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Unit 7 Merseywharf Business Park, Wirral, Merseyside, CH62 4SF, presented on 15th May 2017, by CASTLE CEMENT LTD, The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6AY, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 11th July 2017, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
