At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Rheinweg 7, Schaffhausen, 8200, Switzerland on 2 November 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8 The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
