That the company be wound up voluntarily.

That Susan Rosemary Staunton and Thomas Charles Russell both of James Cowper Kreston at The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators’ for the purposes of such winding up. That the joint Liquidators’ are to act jointly and severally.
