At a general meeting of the above-named Partnership, duly convened and held at 1 Plough Place, London, EC4A 1DE on 17 April 2018, the following written resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) and Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
