"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) and William Antony Batty (IP No. 8111) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Grays Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office ."
