Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the members of the above company will be held at The Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU on 15 June 2016 at 10.00 am to be followed at 10.30 am by a General Meeting of the creditors for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor.
