Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Vinne Limited craving the Court inter alia that Vinne Limited having its registered office at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JR be wound up by the Court and that Mark Tailby and Graham Wooloff, both Insolvency Practitioners of Voscap Business Recovery, 8 Hill Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5NG be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
