At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Knocker and Foskett, The Red House, 50 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1JL on 4 March 2020, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as an Extraordinary resolution and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Neil Money of CBA Business Solutions, 126 New Walk, Leicester LE1 7JA be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator be authorised to recover Category 2 expenses in accordance with their recovery policy disclosed to the Members."
