Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Priory Works, 31 Newton Street, Newton St. Faith, Norwich, NR10 3AD on 1 June 2021 at 10.00 am, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Abigail Shearing (IP No. 10290) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7FA and Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
