At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held on 24 February 2021, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily; that Adam Solomon Nakar and Richard Andrew Segal of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court, 1C Becketts Place, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up; and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidator$ be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
