A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Villa Esplanade Ltd of 62-63 Westborough, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 1TS, presented on 15 May 2017 by the Joint Supervisors of the company's Company Voluntary Arrangement, Mark Ranson and Michael Kienlen of Armstrong Watson LLP, 3rd Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS, claiming to be contributory of the Company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 29 June 2017 at 11.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
