At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 12 July 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Alford (IP No. 9723) & Chris Parkman (IP No. 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kemick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and is hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up"

"At a virtual meeting of creditors held on 12 July 2019 the creditors appointed Christopher Purkiss (IP no. 9654) of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AD and Joseph Colley (IP No. 21712 ) of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidator be done.
