“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) and Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding-up.”
