NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Rules 6.14, 15.8 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that a virtual meeting of creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by Izabela Szopinska (“the Convener”), a director of the Company, in accordance with resolutions passed by the Board of Directors for the purposes mentioned in Sections 100 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered by shareholders on 9 June 2022 prior to the virtual meeting of creditors.

The virtual meeting of creditors will be held on 09 June 2022 at 11.15AM. Creditors can access the virtual meeting to exercise their right to speak or vote by calling 0113 8800309 at the designated time, selecting Conference Room 1 and entering pin 1808 when prompted. Calls to this number are charged at normal landline rates.

The resolutions to be taken at the virtual meeting are the nomination of a Liquidator(s) by creditors, invitation to creditors to appoint a liquidation committee and, if no committee is appointed, to consider a resolution fixing the basis of the Liquidator(s) remuneration, and the attendees of the virtual meeting may also receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the virtual meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote at the virtual meeting (either in person or by proxy) creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim to the Convener, via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on the business day immediately before the virtual meeting.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. To entitle a creditor to vote by proxy a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener, via the contact details below, prior to the virtual meeting (although it is requested that where possible creditors submit their proxy at the same time as their proof of debt form).
