“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that it should be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Goldfarb (IP No. 8858) of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
