"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Armstrong (IP No. 006212) and Andrew Bailey (IP No. 18810) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
