At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held virtually on 06 January 2022 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QE, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 6 January 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, as Liquidator of the company.
