Notice is hereby given that the joint liquidators propose to make a first and final distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 11 July 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG, one of the joint liquidators of the Company.   The joint liquidators intend declaring a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.

If I do not receive your claim by the last date for proving, you may not be able to participate in the dividend.

Finally, the Company did not have any secured creditors and did not grant any floating charges. Therefore, there has been no requirement to create a fund (Prescribed Part) out of the Company’s net floating charge property for unsecured creditors.
