A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Versant Hotels Limited (10569920) of Bowling Green House, 1 Orchard Place, Southampton, Hampshire, England SO14 3PX whose nature of business is the development of building projects and other business support service activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Thursday 29 September 2022 by IV Fund Limited SAC, of Suite 205A, Saffrey Square, Bank Lane & Bay Street, PO Box N-9934, Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 November 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
