“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Buchler (IP No. 3134) and Paul Davis (IP No. 7805) both of Buchler Phillips Group LLP, 6 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 4PZ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
