Notice is hereby given that on 17th June 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that Veritas Builders Ltd, with its Registered Office at 66 Market Street, Haddington, West Lothian, EH41 3JG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 17th June 2021 ordained the said Veritas Builders Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
