A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Ground Floor, 4 Victoria Square, St Albans, AL1 3TF presented on 24 August 2018 by R & D Media Europe B.V. of Max Euweplein 24 1017MB, Amsterdam claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be held at Business & Property Courts in Manchester at 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 15 October 2018 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
