A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Venturescape 360 Limited of 118 Piccadilly, Mayfair, London, W1J 7NW with registered number 10562805 presented on 30 July 2019 by COLEY PORTER BELL LIMITED of Sea Containers, 18 Upper Ground, London, SE1 9RQ with registered number 01393551 claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (CHD), 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 18 September 2019 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
