NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 20 April 2020 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator or joint liquidators, to appoint a committee where required or to agree the fees associated with the case.
