"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charles Graham John King (IP No. 8985) and Robert Hunter Kelly (IP No. 8582) both of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5QR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
