I, Neil Dempsey, (IP No. 14030) of Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP, Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, AB15 8PU, give notice that I was appointed Interim Liquidator of Ventura Foods Uk Ltd by Interlocutor of Aberdeen Sheriff Court dated 16 January 2019. Notice is hereby given that, in terms of Section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, AB15 8PU, on 26 February 2019, at 10.00 am for the purpose of choosing a person to be liquidator of the above company, and of determining whether to establish a liquidation committee in terms of Section 142 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The attention of Creditors is drawn to the following: 1. A Creditor is entitled to vote only if he has submitted his claim (Form 4.7 (Scot)) and his claim has been accepted in whole or in part for voting purposes. 2. A Resolution at the meeting is passed if a majority in value of those voting vote in favour of it. 3. Proxies may be lodged at or before the meeting at the offices of Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP, Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, AB15 8PU marked for the attention of Neil Dempsey. 4. Claims may be lodged by those who have not already done so at or before the meeting at the said offices. 5. The provisions of rr4.15-4.17 and of Part 7 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986. For the purpose of formulation claims, creditors should not that the date of liquidation is 13 December 2018.
