A Petition to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 20 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HN presented on the 7th November 2019 by PORTMAN SCOTT LTD whose Registered Office is at 37 Rudall Crescent, London NW3 1RR claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 14th day of January 2020 at 10.30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on the 13th January 2020.
