At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU on 29 September 2022, at 5.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian James Corfield (IP No. 8951) and Philip David Reynolds (IP No. 21190) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
