A Petition to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA presented on 29 August 2019 by OAKVILLE REAL ESTATE SALES LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 217 High Street North East Ham London E6 1JG claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on 16 October 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support of oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 15 October 2019.
