Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 March 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Phillips and Stratford Hamilton of (PCR (London) LLP, Unit 27, The Joiner's Shop, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart Business Turnaround Insolvency Limited, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD was appointed by the Creditors, and Mark Phillips and Stratford Hamilton were given their release.
