Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 2 September 2020 as a special resolution and ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark S Upton (IP No. 9594) and David P Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, The Platinum Building, St John’s Innovation Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0DS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
