On 9 November 2016, the Company went into insolvent liquidation. I, Daniel Skelton of Parkhill Business Centre, Walton Road, Wetherby, LS22 5DZ, hereby give notice to the creditors of Vayon Gas Technologies Limited (Company Number 09514964) of the re-use of a prohibited name pursuant to s216 Insolvency Act 1986.

I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following name: Vayon Gas Technologies Limited.
