At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 45 Grovelands Road, London, N13 4RJ on 25 May 2022 at 3.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any assets of the Company among the members of the Company in specie or the whole of the assets of the Company and may for that purpose, value any assets and determine how the division between members should be carried out, and for the removal of Mark Stephen Goldstein (IP No. 6880) of Mark Goldstein Associates Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4HW as Liquidator of Vastweb Consultants Limited and for the appointment of Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and for the release of Mark Stephen Goldstein of Mark Goldstein Associates Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4HW as Liquidator pursuant to Rule 6.25(b) and 6.30 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016."
