A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 1 St Johns Road, Watford, England, WD17 1PU presented on 27 December 2018, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED, The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 12 March 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
