Notice is hereby given that on 29 August 2017 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Michael Thomson, craving the Court that Vasanat International Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 5, First floor, Luna Place, Dundee Technology Park, Dundee, Scotland, DD2 1TP (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 29 August 2017 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dundee Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND to be provisional liquidator with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
