Notice is hereby given that on 30 March 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk craving the Court inter alia that VARSITY JOINERS LTD, with its Registered Office at 19a Wellside Place, Falkirk, FK1 5RL be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 5 April 2022 ordained the said VARSITY JOINERS LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Main Street, Camelon, Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
