Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 January 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) and Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
