"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) and Cameron Gunn (IP No. 9362) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
