Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No. 009590) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up. The Liquidators are authorised to act jointly or severally in all pertaining to the Liquidation".
