"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Edward Butt (IP No. 9108) and James Douglas Ernle Money (IP No. 8999) both of Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
