We, Thomas Campbell MacLennan, of FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Alexander Iain Fraser, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen AB10 1UD, give notice that on 21 March 2019, we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company by Resolution of the First Meeting of Creditors held in terms of Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Liquidation Committee was not established. Accordingly, we hereby give notice that we do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.
