"That the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Registered Charity Number: 1152521) be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No. 009590) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
