This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Terence Anthony Fey, c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village. Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

The meeting will be held at 12.00 noon at Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent TN24 8DH on 4 November 2021. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
