Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 July 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London NW1 2DX and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they be empowered to act jointly or severally in matters relating to the winding-up."
