Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the above named Company will be held at FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex CM13 3BE on 18 February 2020 at 3.00 pm for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Weller (IP No. 9419) and Glyn Mummery (IP No. 8996) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
