A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 6 Beechwood Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 1HP presented by SHAYLOR GROUP LIMITED (In Administration) whose registered address is C/o FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 4 November 2022 and will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday, 21 December 2022 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on 20 December 2022.
